Today, y'all.

And remember Flop Eared Mule's motto: 70s Elvis is the best Elvis! TCB FTW.
I might go to the Elvis tribute at the Annandale this Sunday.

Its a blue blue xmas without him.

We CAN go on together..

You know, I have a few Elvis albums on me iPod.

Reconsider Baby is the best. I love that compilation. Some great blues and my favourtie Presley platter.

Hey Amanda,

I had myself a v. blue xmas with my old dawg dying on the eve (she was old enough to leave home and get a drivers licensce - ie. expected, but still v.sad).

So I reckon, an opportunity to get dribblingly maudlin at a local Elvis tributeers event might be just the ticket!!!

My friend, who was hanging at my place the other arvo, totally loving and freaking hatin' your 2008 best of e-loady thang, lives in Johnston St, though I doubt there is enough zoloft in Sydney to get her through the doors of the Annandale Hotel (well, not before she gets some new fangs in Thailand in Feb. anyways)

So, I'll try to rustle up some fool to prop me up and get along.

Wonder if I can email requests...

& totally forgot to renew the spelling license.

Oh, poor puppy! Sorry for hear that Jo.

These tribute things, there are several a year, are a bit hit and miss as you would expect but I should show my face.

Also have to mention having a soft spot for late 60's Elvis.

When else did we get Hymie dancing, bad go-go, jim-jam freak-out scenes, dog-costumes and existential big band toons?

a second request :)
